What is your return policy?

If you are not delighted with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss this and we'll do our best to put this right, or offer a refund on your purchase upon safe receipt of your unused item. 
Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition you received this with all stickers in situ (where applicable) and with all original packaging and accessories (including but not limited to boxes / manual / warranty card / swing tags and any other contents shipped to you).  If goods are not returned in the same condition as they were sent, we reserve the right to return the goods to you or offer a reduced refund at our discretion.

What warranty is included with my purchase?

As an independent watch broker, we work closely with a variety of suppliers to bring you the best value items, often at significant discounts off RRP.  Most new items will have their warranty pre-registered with the manufacturer or a retailer and will have a minimum of 12 months warranty remaining.  Any new watches without manufacturer / retailer warranty will be supplied with a 12 month warranty directly with ourselves.

Pre-owned watches will be provided with a 90 day warranty from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified (e.g. reconditioned / serviced watches may have a longer warranty with the 3rd party service partner and this will be listed in the item description).

Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer a range of payment methods including direct credit/debit card payments and PayPal for an immediate checkout.  If you'd like to pay by bank transfer or cheque payment, please fill in the 'Contact Us' form with details of what you'd like to order.  Please note, goods will only be shipped once cleared funds have been received by either of these methods.

How long will delivery take?

All orders will be carefully packaged and shipped using the shipping method indicated at checkout.  We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of the receipt of order.  All orders are shipped from the UK and therefore, no import duties or fees to add to UK buyers.  If you are interested in purchasing an item from outside of the UK, please contact us to request a shipping cost and we'll get back to you as soon as we are able to.
