What is your return policy?

If you are not delighted with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss this and we'll do our best to put this right, or offer a refund on your purchase upon safe receipt of your unused item. 
Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition you received this with all stickers in situ (where applicable) and with all original packaging and accessories (including but not limited to boxes / manual / warranty card / swing tags and any other contents shipped to you).  If goods are not returned in the same condition as they were sent, we reserve the right to return the goods to you or offer a reduced refund at our discretion.

What warranty is included with my purchase?

As an independent watch broker, we work closely with a variety of suppliers to bring you the best value items, often at significant discounts off RRP.  Most new items will have their warranty pre-registered with the manufacturer or a retailer and will have a minimum of 12 months warranty remaining.  Any new watches without manufacturer / retailer warranty will be supplied with a 12 month warranty directly with ourselves.

Pre-owned watches will be provided with a minimum 6 month warranty from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified on the product page (e.g. reconditioned / serviced watches may have a longer warranty with the manufacturer or 3rd party service partner and this will be listed in the item description).

Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer a range of payment methods including credit/debit card payments and PayPal at checkout.  If you'd like to pay by bank transfer or cheque payment, please fill in the 'Contact Us' form with details of what you'd like to order.  Please note, goods will only be shipped once cleared funds have been received by either of these methods.

How long will delivery take?

We know you're too excited to wait to wear your new watch so we get it to you as quickly as possible!  The majority of orders are shipped same or next working day and all watch orders over £300 get free Royal Mail Special Delivery (fully insured, next working day from day of despatch).  All orders are shipped from the UK and therefore, no import duties or fees to add to UK buyers.  If you are interested in purchasing an item from outside of the UK, please contact us to request a shipping cost and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

How are your new watches priced lower than your high street competitors?

We are completely independent of and have no formal affiliation with the brands that we sell.  This gives us the power to negotiate deals through our network of dealer contacts and purchase unwanted gifts / insurance replacements / competition prizes etc from individuals.  We don't operate from flashy showrooms with high overheads, we don't offer posh coffees / beers / champagne on arrival to our customers (unless they become regular customers!).  If you want the luxury retail experience with the luxury price tag, feel free to visit one of our competitor's boutiques.  If you care more about the watch on your wrist and value for money (we are based in Yorkshire after all), give us a try.

Can I trust you?

Yes, yes and yes!  We live in the age of internet reviews and our Google/eBay/Facebook reviews are our lifeblood.   We value each customer and treat them as we would like to be treated.  The watch market is a minefield, we see hundreds of fake watches out in the marketplace on a daily basis and know all of the warning signs.  We take the risk out of purchasing for you and can utilise our network of trusted dealers to source watches to order.  If you have any questions or concerns, pick up the phone or drop us a message and we'd be delighted to point you in the direction of our review pages or introduce you to some of our past satisfied customers.
